My superpower is untangling the chaos, seeing the real issues and asking the questions that makes you stop and go, “Oh my god… you’re right.”

I’m deeply strategic. I see how things fit together. I can take big ideas and turn them into something practical and buildable.

Identity first. Then vision. Then design.

Because the work I care about most is changing how women see themselves. What they believe is possible. And how business gets to feel.
