And why (even though it looks like it's working from the outside) it all feels a bit flat, a bit heavy and a bit not you anymore. 

 Because somewhere along the way, your personality, your thinking and your actual desires got edited out - leaving a great big YOU shaped hole where your magic lived. And it's making 'businessing' hard AF.

But that flatness isn't a sign you've gone wrong. It's a sign you've outgrown it. There's a bigger, bolder, more you version of all this waiting - you just can't get to it from where you're standing. 

 So this is where I come in.

I don't start with strategy. I start with YOU. I challenge your thinking, call out what doesn't add up, and help you build something that actually fits who you are now and lights you up enough to actually go after what's next.

Hey I'm Nic,

Business strategist, brainstormer and hype human for established female founders.

 I'm on a mission to change how women experience building a business.  Because most of what's out there teaches you to follow. I teach you to lead. To stop editing yourself out. To stop building beige. To trust yourself enough to design something that actually fits YOU.

We evolve. Our businesses don't catch up. That's why everything feels harder than it should.

My job is to get you crystal clear on who you are now and what you actually want - then help you build the business and the life around it. The one where you go after the pinch-me moments instead of talking yourself out of them. Where ambition and a wild, full life aren't a trade off - they're the whole point.

I untangle the chaos. I see the real issues under all the noise and ask the questions that make you go "oh my god, you're right." I'll hold you and challenge you in the same breath, call out what doesn't add up, and be your loudest cheerleader for the woman underneath. (Oh, and I'll feed you. I'm a total feeder).
