Every June I hold a full day celebration for women in business to stop, reset and decide their next steps.

This year's theme is Unapologetic.

You'll celebrate how far you've come, call out what's no longer working and choose what comes next - out loud, surrounded by women who get it.

Because we're halfway through the year. And the next six months are yours for the taking.

11am The Arrival - A beautiful marquee. Music playing. Glasses clinking. Women connecting, laughing, settling in.

The Celebration - Owning everything you've already built without editing it down.

The Leisurely Lunch - Mediterranean spread, drinks flowing, conversations that stick with you.

The Activation - Where the day shifts. Call out what's no longer working and decide what’s next - in a room that’s backing you.

The Wild Hour - Energy up, Lauren on the decks, 60 minutes of not being the one holding everything together.

The Closing - A beautiful ending to a powerful day.
