The big ass business shake up isn't six weeks of me talking at you on Zoom. We get in, get our hands dirty, and sort your business out properly — so you come out the other side running something that actually works (and actually makes money) instead of just limping along.

This is for you if your business is running… but it's not really running.

You know something's got to give. You've just been too buried in it to see what so you tinker round the edges and hope it clicks. (Spoiler: it won't. Not on its own.) You don't need someone to hand you another framework and wave you off. You need someone to roll their sleeves up and get in the bones of it with you. That's where I come in.

Before we touch anything, we get super clear on:
  • Where you're actually at: what's working, what isn't, what needs to go
  • What actually fits you: so we're building on something solid, not just tweaking
  • What you actually want: said out loud
Then we get to work fixing, sharpening and rebuilding the bits that aren't pulling their weight — so the whole thing works for you instead of against you.

  • The Shake Up Day (in person) - we nail your direction and get to the real work. This is where it shifts.
  • Your Bespoke Roadmap - I build you a simple, focused plan we will work through, from everything we uncover.
  • Build it Together (weeks 2-6) - we co-create the actual things. Rebuild the offers. Tighten the messaging, Put the structure in. We're in your business together, implementing as we go.
Throughout all of it you get my eyes on your stuff. Not group feedback you hope applies to you - actual personalised, on-your-business feedback.

How It Works

I take a maximum of 4 women at a time. Once you're in, you can crack on with the self-led Reality Check straight away — no sitting around waiting to begin.

And it doesn't stop at 6 weeks. There's an option to stay in my world afterwards at a reduced rate — ongoing support and accountability so the momentum doesn't fall off a cliff the second we're done (more on that once you're in).

£900 — or spread it over 2 payments of £450. (Price rises to £1,200 in January, so getting in this year locks the founding rate).
